Yes, i understand that. Sometimes its a no brainer that an open request would not be needed. I’ll just assume for now on everything is a brainer. We had a big issue with it last year. Looking fwd to reviewing the info.Y”all rock as usual Liz.

Good Afternoon Lisa,

The Public Information Act is triggered when a person submits a written request to the city. In the future just send an email to openrecordsrequest@sanmarcostx.gov to properly process your request. This email will suffice since you emailed staff. We will do our best to promptly provide the documents but we have 10 business days to complete the request.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Liz

Hi Elizabeth,

I called for this info on Monday. I have followed up a few times. They would like for me to fill an open records request. To that effect, I am requesting the following items and have added item #6 to my verbal requests.

1. Paperwork filled out for the Easter egg event with the helicopter.

2. How much the Church paid for this.

3. Was the Church charged for additional city staff at the event, my understanding is there were not only clean up workers.

4. Specific product information regarding eggs that were dropped out of the helicopter and the manufacturers data of the what those were specifically made from.

5. Country in which the eggs are manufactured.

6. E-mail correspondence among city staff and among the Church and city staff from when the paper work was filed until today at 11:00 AM among city staff on this issue.

Respectfully, LM Coppoletta
